Hailing from Sweden this great band Shadows Of Paragon has release a self- titled demo, this is great and melodic black metal with intense use of the keyboards.

The Demo starts off with the song "Gone With The Mist" this song is beautiful! you'll expect some clean vocals and growlish black metal vocals, also you'll find some death metal growls. this song is a good start. this song tends to slow down in some parts, about 30 seconds before this song finishes there's a part sung in only death growls. It's pretty insane and awesome!
"King Of The North" keep the melodic stuff also the brutality, the drumming is awesome! it sticks pretty well with the music, the lyrics in this song are pretty Christ - centered, to be honest this great demo is surrounded by great lyrics!. "Screams Of Silence" (what a great title) is the third song, it is slower than the second song, the vocals fits pretty well, then some parts tend to be fast with aggressiveness shown in vocals. there's a great symphonic melody at the middle of the song. The next song "And My Tears Are Gone" shows deep use of keys, also it is pretty fast yet melodic sometimes, you'll find some clean singing in this song too. "Psalm" keep doing the task of bring you some great music!

Well this guys do a great job on everything, the production is wise, this album was released independently, it offers great music, great sound quality and over 20 minutes of Melodic Black Metal! absolutely a Jewel!
